LoanIQ.cc is an intake and document portal. This page describes, in plain language, what a live deployment would collect and why.
What is collected
Application answers you enter across the nine steps, contact details for you and any co-borrower, the documents you upload, and portal activity such as sign-ins and uploads.
Why it is collected
To assemble a complete file and to let your assigned team confirm the paperwork is readable and current. LoanIQ.cc does not price loans, pull credit, or make lending decisions.
Who can see it
Your assigned advisor, processor, and doc specialist, plus team leads for quality review. Internal notes are never shown in the borrower portal.
Retention
Draft applications are kept so you can resume where you left off. Documents remain attached to the file and can be exported as a manifest on request.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the file summary, ask for a document to be removed and re-requested, or stop the application at any step.
