Download your AI review as a PDF straight away. A Mortgage Strategy Report signed off by a named advisor is a separate, human-reviewed document, and both say plainly which one you are reading.
What we will not do
- We will not pull your credit or ask for your Social Security number to explore options.
- We will not present a lower monthly payment as automatically better — the trade-offs are spelled out.
- We will not describe an AI review as a human one. A recommendation is only shown as advisor-reviewed once a named advisor has actually reviewed it.
- We will not make you wait for an advisor's approval to read or download your own AI review.
- We will not book a time in an advisor's calendar automatically; a request stays a request until they confirm it.
